In a rare public speech, Kate paid tribute to late Queen Elizabeth II before the holiday. “This year’s service is dedicated to the late Queen Elizabeth II and to all those grieving who are no longer with us. Although Christmas this year will be very different, we can still remember the memories and traditions we shared,” she said at the ceremony.
