The Gixxer SF 250 will be a big step up from the 150cc model.

I bought a Gixxer SF Fi SP in November 2017 and have driven 32,000km. I mainly use it for commuting at the office and sometimes going out on weekends. Now I feel it is outdated, the tires are worn out and the power cable needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. I like the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 for its modern classic look, but I also like the BMW G 310 RR and the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. Which should I choose? Other suggestions are welcome.

Remember that Hunters have a solid rear suspension and heavy clutch, so if you spend a lot of time on bad roads or heavy traffic, those two spots can become sore. If you are considering Hunter, give it a try Classic 350 also. It has the same engine, but is much more comfortable to ride and also more enjoyable if you like to go at slow speeds.
For Gixxer SF250, it will be a big step up from your current 150 and if you are satisfied with the Suzuki ownership experience, you should definitely consider it. Keep in mind that the riding position will feel a bit more restrained and less comfortable than your first-generation SF. If comfort is a priority and you don’t mind a high chair, check out the V-Strom SX 250.
The BMW G 310 RR is a much more powerful and dynamic motorcycle than the other two and it is also a lot more expensive – both to buy and to maintain. If you’re tempted by the BMW badge, there’s no other option, but if you like the idea of this car, check out the TVS Apache RR 310. Underneath it’s exactly the same thing, but with more features. , better tires and comes at a lower price. However, in that segment, the KTM RC 390 is our current pick.
Finally, if you can wait a few months, soon Bajaj-Triumph . middleweight might be just what you’re looking for.
