Michael van Gerwen won a record sixth Premier League title after winning a dramatic final-leg decisive match against debutant Joe Cullen on a dull Monday night in Berlin.
The Dutchman overcame a heartbreaking 11-10 past Cullen in an all-time Premier League classic, after the Yorkshireman missed an in-game dart at 16 in a thrilling match.
Van Gerwen kept his composure to reclaim the crown he last won in 2019 and equalize Phil Taylor with six Premier League titles.

“I’ve been going through a really tough time, so to win this title it means a lot to me,” said Van Gerwen, who celebrated his first major TV title in more than 18 years. month, said.
