October is filled with festivals and we all run into the festive spirit. While Navratri begins this month, Dussehra or Vijay Dashami is celebrated on October 5, 2022. The festival is meant to mark the day Lord Ram killed the asura king Ravana and good triumphed over evil. In some households, a special Dussehra puja is celebrated on this occasion, followed by a large party. Actress Pooja Hegde also celebrated Dussehra in this epic way and shared glimpses of the same on her Instagram stories. Her lavish South Indian party at Dussehra made us jealous! Watch:

First, Pooja Hegde shared a click about the puja festival devoted to Dussehra at her mother’s place. Then, on the next click, she showed us the lavish Dussehra feast served on a banana leaf. “My favorite part of Dussehra celebrations – mother’s day,” Pooja Hegde wrote in the photo’s caption. We can spot some great South Indian dishes like rice, sambhar, Unusualfried bananas, beans poriyaland many more achaars, pachadis and works. The perfect meal looks like a perfect Dussehra celebration!
This isn’t the first time Pooja Hegde has shown off her eating side. We often see her sharing her passion for food on Instagram which delights her fans. Recently, we saw her picking some fresh fruit and berries from a farm. “Here is a happy fruit-picker for you,” writes the actress in her photo.
