Polaris beat Ex-NFL, UFC and professional boxers to take part in Wild Ride in UTV
What do you get when you attach a powerful engine to a roll cage, add long-travel suspension and some narrow tires? Why, friends, you get a really scary UTV. That’s what Polaris did when creating CHEAP RZR Proand to celebrate that, Polaris decided to invite a few athletes to see what it was capable of at the hands of the two-time Baja 1000 winner. They also filmed the whole thing.
The first is Chad Ochocinco, the legendary Cleveland Browns wide-band recording. He’s also the only one of our four intrepid athletes who doesn’t make a living getting punched in the face, except for the one time he was knocked out in a fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Logan Paul.
Next, we have the two-time UFC champion and strangely outspoken anti-communist Rose Namajunas, who looks like she’s having a good time as UTV glides through the air.
Roy Jones Jr., former boxing champion and current Russian citizenadmits he had problems with altitude before running around the track but seems to have managed well.
Finally, we have former and current UFC players Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship contestant Chad “Money” Mendes. In addition to looking like a Joe Rogan impersonation, Mendes provided us with the most engaging ride ever.
Dodge Brings Back the ‘Swinger’ Badge and We’ve Got to the Obvious Joke
So what does this series of videos teach us, other than the fact that people with possible history of traumatic brain injury would say yes to almost anything? It taught us that running around a jump-filled track in the California desert on a 225-horsepower UTV looked like hell, and now we want one.
