Pokemon Go Winter Holiday Event Part 2 More Pokemon in Festive Hats
The Pokemon Go Winter Holiday Event is in full swing, with Season 1 giving players the chance to catch special holiday-themed Pokemon and face off against a new Ice-type Mega Pokemon. Season 2 is out in just a few days, and the holiday-themed group of Pokemon is about to feel Eeveelution.
The Winter Break Season 2 event officially begins on December 23 at 10 a.m. local time and will run until December 31 at 8 p.m. local time. Eevee and all its evolved forms–Jolteon, Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon–will see new holiday forms added to the game, though the only way to see it. an evolved form wearing a carnival hat evolves an Eevee wearing the aforementioned hat.
All Pokemon available in Season 1 will remain in the game for Season 2, including Mega Glalie in Mega Raids and the special Winter Carnival Pikachu variant in one-star raids. A special Event Research ticket will also be available for $5, giving players access to special quests centered around event-themed Pokemon encounters, as well as additional rewards. when completing them.
The Winter Holiday Season 2 event will include a special Winter Wonderland event, scheduled to run from December 24 at 10 a.m. local time to December 25 at 8 p.m. local time. A special raid featuring Hisuian Avalugg from Pokemon Legends: Arceus will also take place on December 24 from 2pm local time to 5pm local time.
