JUZCAR (c, 3, American Pharoah–Blue Bahia, by Wildcat Heir) failed to deal a serious blow in a 2-year-old matchup, but managed to improve much in his sophomore debut on 11 February to finish in close third and far behind Gran. Pharaoh (American Pharoah), also specifically bred by Dennis Drazin (see below, SC 4). Acquired in March for $380,000 by Katsumi Yoshida by Katsumi Yoshida just less than a year ago, the February 28 pony is not a half-sister to Christiesborntorun (Grand Slam) that once won many bets. and half sister to SP Chocolare Wildcat.
