Patrick Cantlay took the lead in round three of the BMW Championship in Delaware, when Will Zalatoris was forced to withdraw through injury.

The official PGA Tour Twitter account posted footage of Zalatoris recovering from an injury on the field, but he was forced to withdraw for the third round on Saturday at Wilmington Country Club.

Zalatoris manager Allen Hobbs said in a statement: “Will corrected his lower back on his third hole today.
