Passenger died after severe turbulence on Singapore Airlines flight
At least one person was killed and several others were injured after a plane encountered severe turbulence on a flight between London and Singapore, Singapore Airlines said Tuesday.
The airline said the Boeing 777-300ER plane was diverted to Bangkok in an announcement on social mediaand landed at 3:45 p.m. local time on Tuesday.
The flight, which had 211 passengers and 18 crew on board, left Heathrow airport on Monday.
