Crispy and delicious paneer balls are soaked in a delicious gravy made with chutney, schezwan sauce, soy sauce and sugar to make this paneer dish. Paneer Crispy Recipe: How to make Paneer Crispy at home
In a bowl, make a thin dough of ginger-garlic, black pepper, salt, cornstarch, and water. Dunk paneer cubes in batter and deep fry coated paneer oil until they are crispy. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilli, garlic, ginger-garlic powder, schezwan sauce and sesame seeds and cook for a few seconds. Pour in some water, chili sauce and soy sauce. Season with black pepper, sugar and salt. Add the fried dough balls to the prepared sauce. Garnish the dish with green onions and roasted sesame. Crispy paneer is ready! Serve hot.
