‘P-Valley’ Renewed For Season 3, Creator Says It Will Be A “Mississippi Minute” Before It Hits Our Screens

While we await Pynk’s big re-opening, it looks like ‘P Valley’ may take longer more than the fans hoped for.

Starz announced a ‘P-Valley’ refresh for a third season on Thursday, but creator Katori Hall says it will be a “Mississippi minute” before the cast returns to our screens.

In an Instagram post, Hall thanked fans. She didn’t dive into the show’s production, but she said it would be worth the wait.

She stated:

I am so lucky to have the opportunity to write the next chapter of ‘P Valley’.

Hall went on to say that the show “is a love letter to the underprivileged communities of South America who rarely see themselves reflected on screen, and it brings me immense joy.” knowing that it was well received by people all over the world.”

As she continued to talk to fans, she said:

It will take a minute in Mississippi before we get back to your screen again, but best believe it will be well worth the wait.

If you recall, season two premiered two years after the show aired due to COVID.

A few people responded and said:

It was Mississippi last year, don’t play with us.

One person added:

They will have to go 2-3 years without a new season. Yes, we love the show but by then, they’re going to lose a lot of viewers. Too long.

Another commenter added:

Uncle Clifford rule number 51, 654, good things come to those who wait! I will wait.

Guys, how are you?
