Ozzy Osbourne updated her health during an appearance at day two of Comic-Con International, held in San Diego on Friday.
The 73-year-old singer underwent surgery in June and the reason for the surgery is still unknown but his wife Sharon previously revealed the results will ‘determine the rest of his life’.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the event, he said: ‘I love seeing people, you know. It was the hardest thing in the last three years, as I was trying to recover from the surgery. ‘

Osbourne had previously announced that Patient Number 9, his 13th solo album, was in the works last month.
The title track for the record was also made public after the announcement.
The recording will feature appearances from musicians such as Robert Trujillo, Chad Smith and Eric Clapton, as well as his frequent collaborators Zakk Wylde and Tommy Iommi.
Patient Number 9 is currently scheduled to be discharged on September 9.

Osbourne appeared just weeks after undergoing major surgery.
According to Page Six, the singer’s doctors will have to ‘remove and reassemble the pins in his neck and back’ during the operation.
Sharon, 69, shared a message to her Twitter account the day after the surgery to thank her fans for sending their best wishes to the singer.
She also wrote an opinion: ‘Ozzy is doing well and on the way to recovery!’
