Season 3 of Overwatch is themed around Japanese mythology, with the ultimate reward in the premium battle card being the mythical Kiriko skin based on Amaterasu. The Battle Pass also includes the legendary Reaper skin, the legendary Moira skin, and the legendary Junkrat skin, all based on Japanese mythology. More skins based on this season’s theme will be available in the item shop throughout the season.
This season of Overwatch 2 also marks the first time the game has had a crossover event with a different IP, with a One Punch Man Event Starts March 7th. While Blizzard hasn’t revealed everything that will be coming to Overwatch 2 as part of the crossover, the main cosmetic will be the Saitama One Punch Man skin for Doomfist. Blizzard also announced a Valentine’s Day Event, will coincide with an online dating simulation game where you can flirt with your favorite heroes.
