We don’t know about you, but it’s always soup season around here. There is nothing better than a warm and comforting bowl of soup. And guess? We have a A bunch of great recipes to share with you today!

The recipes in this compilation are chock full of healthy ingredients that you can always use as substitutes when needed (like non-dairy milk instead of whole milk, nutritional yeast in place of cheese, and slow cooking bond soups instead of vegetable stock) to supplement protein.
