Oppo Reno 9, Reno 9 Pro specifications leaked; Processor, Camera details Limits: All details


Oppo Reno series 9 is expected to succeed the company’s Reno 8 smartphone series that was launched earlier this year. While the Chinese handset maker has yet to officially announce any details regarding the purported phone, a tipper has shared the camera specs of the upcoming Reno 9 series. . Details about the processor on the Oppo Reno 9 Pro have also been revealed. Meanwhile, an alleged image of the Oppo Reno 9 retail box has also surfaced online.

According to a recent parcel on Weibo by a trusted Digital Chat Station service provider, Oppo Reno 9 will be powered by Qualcomm’s SM7325 chipset, commonly known as Snapdragon 778G SoC. It will be equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera, the messenger revealed. Its predecessor, Oppo Reno 8″was launched in India with the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC under the hood.

Meanwhile, Reno 9 Pro will be powered by MediaTek’s MT6895 chipset, better known as Dimensity 8000 SoC. Earlier this year, the company launched the Oppo Reno 8 Pro in India, powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Max chipset.

According to Digital Chat Station, Oppo Reno 9 Pro will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 camera sensor.

Another tip shared Picture Among what appears to be a white retail box for the Oppo Reno 9. The box purports to show the text “Reno” in the top left corner of the box and the number 9 in the bottom right corner.

Digital Chat Station has yet to reveal whether there will be a third smartphone of the Oppo Reno 9 series to succeed Oppo Reno 8 Pro +which launched in China, but not in India.
