One8 Communes’ new menu appeals to taste buds with loads of flavors
If good food and cocktails are your thing, read on! This one is for all the food and cocktail enthusiasts out there. First opened in Aerocity, then in punjabi bagh and civil street, one8 commune is wowing everyone with its delicious food and cocktails. Its recently launched menu is as quirky as it can be. The menu boasts an exquisite selection of Indian and international recipes with a wide range of flavours. In addition to the new menu, one8 Commune is bringing together childhood favorites and adult classics like the Sorbet Sangria festival, in which they are serving unique combinations of wines. Characteristically poured over fruit sorbets with a hint of infusion and delicious flavors curated by our branding expert Neeraj Sharma. You read it right!
We started our meal with chicken wonton and asparagus tempura sushi. Chicken wontons are steamed to perfection, with juicy chicken and a spicy sauce. While sushi has a crispy texture along with an explosive flavor. Both of these newcomers are sure to whet your appetite. While talking about the presentation, it was top notch! Look at the image below.
After finishing these dishes, we stuck to the classics at that place – Virat Kohli’s favorite tofu tacos and the Soya boti tikka. Both of these dishes drew our favorite from their vegetarian portions. Soya boti tikka has a smoky and grilled flavor that impressed us on many levels.
Along with these delicacies, we ordered sangria from their sorbet sangria festival menu. We have Berry Boss, serving Shiraz with a berry sorbet and a cool bit of watermelon. You can also try other sangrias like blue sunset, sunburst, mango sizzle and more..
We ended our meal with a super chic and mouth-watering red velvet cake (from their new menu). You can also try the double dark chocolate cake.
