Paal Payasam Recipe: How to make Paal Payasam
To get started with this recipe, first wash and soak the rice for half an hour. Cook rice in milk until soft. Add cardamom powder, sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Next, heat the buttermilk in a pan and add the cashews. When the cashews are slightly golden, add the raisins and sauté for one minute. Pour in the rice mixture and serve warm. Paal payasam is ready!
