Another CCTV footage has emerged in which the accused in the grisly murder in east Delhi is seen disposing of the victim’s body parts, police sources said. The grainy black and white footage shows a man picking up a plastic bag from what looks like a field and leaving with it. Sources say it was Deepak, who threw away the head of his stepfather Anjan Das.

Police said Poonam and Deepak confessed that they murdered Das in June. Police said his drink was diluted and when he lost consciousness, he was stabbed. They let the blood flow throughout the night, then cut the body into 10 pieces and stored it in the refrigerator. So far, police have recovered six body parts.
