A piece of paper with the lyrics of Wonderwall handwritten by Noel Gallagher has fetched £46,875 at auction.
This page is said to have been written sometime in the mid-2000s to help Gallagher, the band’s lead guitarist, with rehearsals.
They were subsequently retained by the band’s road team.
The song appeared on the 1995 album Morning Glory (What’s The Story)? and became one of the most successful and popular bands.
Estimates for the piece are between £4,000 and £6,000.
Gallagher and his brother Liam formed Oasis in 1991 but the band split in 2009 and the brothers have had an icy relationship ever since.
Also on sale on Friday is Noel Gallagher’s 1962 Epiphone Casino Guitar, which he purchased following advice from The Jam’s Paul Weller.
It sold for £56,250.
The instrument was used to record Oasis’ third album Be Here Now, and demos for their fourth album were Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants.
According to Propstore, the two items are part of one of the largest collections of Oasis memorabilia to be auctioned in the UK.

David Bowie’s spacesuit he wore in the 1980 Ashes To Ashes music video, Whitney Houston’s Queen Of The Night costume in The Bodyguard and Elvis Presley’s signed gun license application are also being auctioned.
Other pieces from the 1,500 lots are by Michael Jackson, Sex Pistols, Blur, Rihanna and the Spice Girls.
The auction at Bafta headquarters in Piccadilly, London, opens on November 3 and runs until November 6.
