Nev Schulman feeling confident before running in New York City Marathon on November 6, Perennial Cat fish presenter, 38 years old, spoke EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife before the big day when he made the 26.2-mile trip through all five counties along with many other celebrities, including Ashton Kutcher44.
“I mean the truth is, yeah, I’m trying to set a new personal record, but I’m really just trying run faster than Ashton,” joked the MTV star. “Because honestly, this is probably my only chance to beat Ashton Kutcher at something. That’s really the goal if I’m being completely honest.”
Nev also shared how he felt before putting on his running shoes for the big event. “I’m actually in Florida filming Cat fish. My schedule is very unpredictable. So it just so happens that this whole week I will be filming and returning to New York on Saturday night, which is not ideal since the race is on Sunday morning. But right now my focus is just rest, relax, replenish waterand sleep as much as possible,” he said. “And again, it’s mostly just my diet and rest.”
The New York native also revealed how does he feel? ahead of the annual marathon that attracts some of the brightest stars in sports, entertainment, television and lifestyle. “This will be the second time I actually run with a very specific time target, and also the second time I run with active training,” explains Nev, who has previously competed in multiple marathons. . “I’m nervous because I’ve been aiming for this goal for the past four months. I worked hard, put in a lot of time and effort. I hope that all the pieces fall into the right place and I have achieved my goal.”
Arguably the biggest names operating in 2022, aside from Ashton, are Ellie Kemper, Claire Holtand Lauren Ridloff. The 2022 edition of the New York City Marathon sees the race return to its full glory. The race was canceled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in 2021 pandemic precautions have limited the number of competitors to just 33,000. In 2022, 50,000 riders are expected to start.
