Neonyt Fashion Show captivates Frankfurt’s sustainable fashion scene



With the theme “Biosphere-Technosphere”, Neonyt Fashion Show takes the theme of the interaction between people and the environment; water, air and earth elements in clash with our industrialized, digitized world. The focus of the Neonyt Fashion Show is the connection of nature with the elements of water, air, earth and everything man-made – from infrastructure to architecture, industrial agriculture and the world. digital world. Neonyt Fashion Show was designed by studio MM04 and commissioned by Messe Frankfurt. The introductory partner is the natural cosmetic brand Dr Hauschka. 31 multi-brand faces were featured at the Neonyt Fashion Show – from small independent brands and new brands, to established international brands, to fashion designs, curated by Celebrity stylist Claudia Hofmann, the organizer said in a press release.

At the exhibition, the biosphere is represented mainly through shadows and external structure, as well as by organic and regenerated materials, from which a large part of the pieces in the collection are made. Therefore, the Neonyt Fashion Show only allows the use of renewable or organically grown or more sustainable materials, helping to protect precious resources such as clean water, energy and land, contributing to a healthy ecosystem.

Technosphere, by definition humans also belong, is depicted in the program through the fusion of the digital world with the real world through a large LED screen on which technical content can be seen. numbers, plus close-up shots and looks from the show. In the collections, Technosphere features the topics of recycling or recycling chemical fibers, using clean chemicals or in the technical cycle of the Cradle2Cradle concept.
