NCAA shelves men’s basketball games due to Paeng

MANILA, Philippines — Saturday’s NCAA Season 98 Men’s Doubles Basketball Tournament has been postponed due to Tropical Cyclone Paeng.

This is the second time this season that games have been halted due to inclement weather with the first due to Super Typhoon Karding in September.

The NCAA, one of the main local tournaments in Metro Manila, has been placed under signal number 3, having postponed their Saturday events.

Emilio Aguinaldo College and Arellano University had to clash in their first game of the weekend.

A blockbuster rematch between the University of San Beda and the University of St. Benilde is supposed to happen in the 3pm game.

The tournament executive board will soon release a revised schedule.
