Naomi Judd’s public memorial: Brad Paisley added to the list of performers, Reese Witherspoon speaks
The list of performers and special guests for the Naomi Judd memorial has been finalized.
Many other famous names have signed up to separate from the public memorial named – Naomi Judd: A River of Time Celebration – named after The Judds’ fifth studio album, as well as their song of the same name. .
Limit lineis reporting that country stars Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce and Jamey Johnson have been added to the star roster; while Bette Midler, Reba McEntire and Reese Witherspoon were enlisted to deliver special messages.
Judd’s husband Larry Strickland is currently among those who will speak at the memorial service.

A tribute to Naomi Judd will be broadcast live and non-commercially from Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium on CMT and Sandbox Live begins at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 14.
Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, a close family friend of Judds, will be celebrating.
Paisley, Pearce and Johnson join previously announced musicians to perform including Little Big Town, Brandi Carlile, Ashley McBryde, Emmylou Harris, Allison Russell and The Gaithers.
Bono, Oprah Winfrey, Morgan Freeman and Salma Hayek enlisted video messages for the special event.
Along with Strickland, other prominent speakers at the memorial included singer-songwriter Martina McBride, as well as Naomi’s daughters Ashley and Wynonna Judd.

Naomi took her own life just a day before she and her daughter Wynonna, 57, were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame as members of musical duo The Judds.
Ashley said: ‘It was the catastrophic level of what was going on inside her. ‘Because the barrier between the relationship they kept her in couldn’t penetrate her heart and the lie the illness told her was too convincing.’
After the heartbreaking tragedy, Ashley and Wynonna still attended the festival and delivered a heartfelt speech dedicated to their mother.
Wynonna said in the speech: ‘My mom loves you so much and she appreciates your love for her. ‘And I’m so sorry she couldn’t carry on until today. Your respect for her and your care for her really seeped into her heart. And it was your love for her that kept her going in her final years. ‘
