Cuba Gooding Jr. is speaking out after being enrolled Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones‘ sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy.

Cuba Gooding Jr. speaks out about Diddy & Lil Rod’s lawsuit
Based on TMZ, Gooding Jr. recently appeared on the ‘PBD Podcast’ hosted by Patrick Bet-David. During the conversation, Bet-David asked Gooding Jr. shares his thoughts on recent events involving Diddy, including his house being raided.
“I mean, that’s crazy. It was the craziest thing I’ve ever done – and then… what about me?” he say.
The actor explained that one morning, he learned he was named in Jones’ sexual harassment and assault lawsuit against the music mogul.
“…I woke up in the morning [and] I turned on [sic] On va [I hear,] ‘Actor Cuba Gooding Jr.’ – I said, ‘Excuse me?!’” he continued. “[You’re] Are you dragging me into this?!”
Gooding Jr. explaining that “whatever” Diddy is “dealing with” is “part of his journey.”
“I can’t imagine that he was stupid enough to do whatever he was doing and keep it on his premises,” he explained. “I think the raid and all that – only time will tell who was involved, [and] who have been frequent visitors to these places and areas.”

Gooding Jr. went on to explain that he only recently met the music mogul, sometime between 2019 and 2020. The actor explained that Diddy invited him to his house at that time.
The actor added that he had not seen Diddy since the night Jones accused Gooding Jr. sexually assaulted him while on the music mogul’s yacht.
The actor continued: “I haven’t seen him since that night when the guy with this picture said I leaned my shoulder on him and all that.
Gooding Jr. explained that Jones had asked the actor to listen to Diddy’s new song at the time of the incident. The actor explained that he sat down next to Jones and they took various photos.
“They didn’t use this angle,” he continued. “…I made it look like I wanted… [but] like we’re just listening to music here!”
The actor explained that this was the only time he saw Jones before leaving the cruise ship. However, before concluding, Gooding Jr. made additional statements about Jones.
“So the person is suing him [Diddy] chasing the money, man,” he said. “I’m sure, and by the way, I don’t know P. Diddy’s life. I don’t know what he’s going through. I don’t know what the police will find… We are acquaintances – I met him twice.”
Based on TMZGooding Jr. It seems inaccurate to claim to have met Diddy in 2019. The outlet reported that a photo showing the pair “side by side” was taken in 2003.

Additionally, Jones accused Diddy of subjecting him to unwanted advances from his entourage.
After reports of the lawsuit, Diddy’s lawyer denied Jones’ allegations.
However, in March, Jones amended his lawsuit to add Cuba Gooding Jr. entered as a defendant, according to Shade room. In the original lawsuit, Jones accused Gooding Jr. groped him while they were on the music mogul’s yacht in January 2023.
“[Gooding] began touching, groping and fondling Mr. Jones’ legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, his back near his buttocks and his shoulders,” the lawsuit states. NBC News. “[Jones] extremely upset and continued to stay away from Mr. Gooding Jr. He rejected his advances, and Mr. Gooding Jr. didn’t stop until Mr. Jones forced him out.”
Furthermore, Jones also included a photo of himself and Gooding Jr. from their supposed meeting. The photo allegedly shows Gooding Jr. was wrapping his arms around Jones.
