MyRacehorse adds Hall of Famer Lukas to the list of coaches
Hall of Famer D. Wayne Lukas is the latest addition to MyRacehorse’s coaching staff, which includes the likes of Todd Pletcher, Mark Casse, Bill Mott and Steve Asmussen. Lukas has been announced to be training Smart Shopping ’21, a pony of the great, late Arrogate, who dropped the hammer at $300,000 at FTSAUG. The foal will be placed on the Kentucky/New York route.
“Adding a world-class name like D. Wayne Lukas to MyRacehorse is an honor,” said MyRacehorse CEO Michael Behrens. “Partnering to give our owners the opportunity to say their horses are trained by ‘Trainers’, and Arrogate is no less, very exciting and what we strive to offer when respecting honor racehorse ownership with our growing owner base.”
