My Kitchen Rules starring Alice and Peter disappoints Nigella Lawson with pudding
My Kitchen Rules returned to the screens after a two-year hiatus on Sunday night.
And at the premiere, father-son duo Alice and Peter Bottomley failed to impress the judges with their undercooked pudding.
“I saw a drip from Nigella’s spoon and I knew it was all over,” Alice, 31, said in reflecting on their confusion.

‘This is heartbreaking. This is not cooked the way your grandma did, is it? ‘ Nigella asked.
‘You and I both know what happened, and I don’t want to linger on it. Nigella explained.
Manu agrees, ‘If you get a dish like this in a restaurant, it goes right back to the kitchen.’
