Warner Bros. cross-platform fighter. MultiVersus will soon be playable again, this time for everyone who wants to throw down. The game’s first open beta begins July 26. Additionally, early access begins a week earlier on July 19 for anyone participating in May’s closed alpha, or get a Twitch discount code.
The free-to-play warrior open beta will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Online play supports crossplay and has a netcode recovery feature. The beta will include eight maps, multiple game modes, and the same roster of alpha playable characters with one big addition: the Iron Giant.
The peace-loving robot from the popular (criminally underrated) cartoon joins the fray, and a new trailer offers a glimpse of him in action.
We still don’t know when MultiVersus will be fully launched, but we have mostly impressive with it so far. These tests should only make the game better when it comes to official time.
