Bayonetta 3’s story is one of the most rumored elements, and a new trailer shows more than four minutes of cutscenes and new gameplay. The multiverse takes center stage this time around, and we finally get a hands-on look at the alternate versions of Bayonetta and what they bring to the table.
In addition to Bayonetta and Viola, we also see three Bayonetta variants. A young-looking, almost teen-pop star with strawberry blonde hair and hip-hop-esque fashion sense. Another version is covered with samurai-like armor. No problem with Bayonetta, the action taken by them looks just like what you would expect. For Jeanne fans, stay tuned until the end of the video, where we get a surprised look at a gameplay segment starring Bayo’s BFF.
