Gameplay for Gundam Evolution, a new competitive multiplayer game set in the Gundam universe, was shown today during Sony’s most recent State of Play live stream.
The trailer showed various looks at the 6v6 multiplayer matches, including various Gundams from the animated series. According to the trailer, the game will have three competitive modes: capture, dominate and destroy.

Although an official release date has not been announced, Sony has revealed the game is expected to be released later this year. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A network test is expected to roll out to US and Japanese players this spring.
