The Motorola Razr 2022 was recently launched in China, powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, and the handset is expected to launch in global markets in the coming days. A new leak by a tipper now suggests that the Lenovo-owned company will launch two additional Motorola Razr models in 2023. The purported foldable phones were spotted with the codename “” Juno” and “Venus”. These handsets are said to follow the launch of the Motorola Razr 2022. The specifications of the foldable phone codenamed Juno have leaked online.
According to famous tipper Evan Blass (Twitter: @evleaks), the Juno model is said to follow the Motorola Razr 2022, possibly powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Meanwhile, he introduced the Juno model which also has a screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The tipper did not share the specifications of the foldable smartphone codenamed Venus.
Blass has also been available recently suggestions at the impending global launch of Motorola Razr 2022 currently only available in China, via a tweet that leaked a marketing image of a smartphone with text on the phone’s screen purporting to be in English instead of Chinese.
Motorola Razr 2022 launched in China with a starting price of CNY 5,999 (about Rs 70,000) for the base 8GB + 128GB storage variant. However, there is no word yet on the global launch plan of the Lenovo-owned company’s smartphone as well as its price in global markets.
The recently launched Motorola Razr 2022 features a foldable 6.7-inch OLED main display with a 144Hz refresh rate along with a 2.7-inch OLED secondary display for notification access. Motorola’s foldable smartphone is powered by the 1st generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ SoC.
The smartphone sports a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS) while there’s a 32-megapixel selfie camera housed in a centrally placed punch-hole on the main display. The phone is backed by a 3,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. There are also Dolby Atmos surround speakers and a 3-mic array.
