The first thing we associate with a Mughlai recipe is its richness. Keeping up with tradition, this recipe also includes a range of royal spices to add texture and exotic and royal aromas to the dish. Some of the main ingredients that we need to prepare for the Mughlai curry are tomato puree, cream, cashew powder, diced onion, garlic ginger, paprika, coriander powder, turmeric, salt to taste, and Boiled eggs of course.
To start, let’s prepare the gravy. To make curry, we need to heat oil in a pan and add cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, garlic ginger and onion. Cook until onion is soft.

Egg curry is a delightful recipe no one can resist.
Now add the tomato puree to the masala and cook until the oil begins to separate. Once done, add some cream. You can replace the cream with cashew powder for a richer flavor.
When the gravy is cooked, add in the hard-boiled eggs, mix well and garnish with coriander leaves. And yes, don’t forget to cut the egg in half before adding to the gravy. And you’ve got a delicious bowl of Mughlai egg curry ready to enjoy. You can combine it with rice, roti or paratha.
