The truth always helps the curious mind.
Don’t use random words like “miracle” “God gave you to me” to address such an important question.
Using exact scientific terminology, will help the child understand it better. It can also save you time and effort to memorize answers. A random answer can never be memorized and in the event this discussion comes up again, your child may bombard you with some cross-questioning.
So be careful with what you say.
