MoD suspends business dealings with company tied to Agusta scam | India News

NEW DELHI: The Department of Defense has suspended business dealings with another company, Defsys Solutions Pvt Ltdin connection with the infamous AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter scam being investigated by the CBI and ED.
The new list of suspended companies includes Defsys . Solution run by Sushen Gupta, who was arrested by the ED in March 2019 for alleged money laundering in the Rs 3,546 deal signed in 2010 to deliver 12 VVIP helicopters to India. He was later released on bail.
Global Weapons Specialization Kinetics of Singapore Technology and Israeli military industrywith Rheinmetall . air defense (Zurich), Corporation Defense (Russia), Dr. Kisan & Co (New Delhi) and RK Machine tools (Ludhiana), are six banned companies.
