Michael Blackson jokes about getting intimate with Brittney Griner after she was sentenced to prison
Now you know Michael Blackson always ready for a joke, but is he going too far with this one? As we have previously reported, Brittney Griner was sentenced to nine years in prison after being found guilty of conspiracy to smuggle drugs in Russia, and Blackson joked about having something waiting for her when she was released.
In a tweet, Michael Blackson made it clear that he wants to be busy with Brittney when she gets home, and that some people don’t feel the joke. Some criticized Blackson for his bad timing, and others called him disrespectful for not considering Griner’s sexual orientation and marriage.

After experiencing some backlash, Blackson took to Twitter to explain that he and Griner are good friends and that she “has a great sense of humor” despite what the public might think. He shared screenshots of some of their old Instagram messages with the caption ”
BG is my host and she has a great sense of humour, met her 5 years ago and we have been very close ever since. I know she’ll be out soon, that’s why I’m joking, so you need to talk to Modasuckas. “
The seemingly inappropriate joke isn’t the first one Blackson has made after Brittney’s prison sentence was announced. He also made a Russian offer to exchange her for a notorious arms dealer.
