Metal: Hellsinger adds new weapon skins and difficulty settings, launching on PS4 and Xbox One today

Part Doom and part rhythm game, Metal: Hellsinger wow us when it comes out in september. Today, The Outsiders developer and publisher Funcom announced a slew of news, including a revenue milestone, a new free title update, and the launch of the game on the generation consoles. before.

Starting today, Metal: Hellsinger is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The original game was announced for these platforms upon initial disclosure in 2020, but the last generation versions were cancelled. Owners of the last generation console now have access to this monster-slaying and monster-slaying adventure.

The studio also announced a new 1.5 patch, which adds a new top difficulty called Archdevil, as well as new combos and weapon skins. Archdevil climbs to the top of the difficulty hierarchy in Metal: Hellsinger, topping the three available settings: Lamb, Goat, and Beast. On Archdevil difficulty, players will face stronger demons and have no last place to rely on. In addition to the new difficulty setting, players can also look forward to encountering the new Elite Seraph.

To aid players in these new challenges, the developer has introduced new combos through the title update 1.5, and performing certain actions on consecutive beats will bring extra rage. and higher scores. The Outsiders also gives players new reasons to return to the adventure, as each map now has a Hidden Badge that can be collected at each difficulty level (including the new Archdevil setting). When you collect enough, you will unlock new weapon skins.
