It’s been a surprisingly tiring weekend, but now I’ve taken the time to start the week off with a fresh batch of updates. FlowersFree of charge
I’ve been a little lazy about putting in the mandatory free matching puzzle update lately, so I figured I’d do this first this week and get it done. Flowers there are a few new events and some story content to enjoy, with mistakes including Vivian trying to put on a children’s Easter show and Joe trying to get a job starring in a western movie. There doesn’t seem to be any new puzzle elements this time around, which is just like I think they’re running out of ideas for new mechanics with them.

These developers are some busy beavers. I feel like we just got an update to this a couple of weeks ago. Let’s see… there’s a new story here based on Swan Lake, and you even get some of that lovely music. You also get a new event called White Water Rapids, which sounds as thrilling as a game of solitaire could be. Easter is approaching, and solitaire story ready for that too. Enjoy the Mad Hatter’s Easter Tea to celebrate the holiday in a special event. There is also some kind of origami-related business, and that’s always a good time.
Joyride 2 . Jet,
Alright, let’s check one Jetpack Joyride game. I choose the Apple Arcade sequel this time. There are several new story levels that take you into the Catacomb Sewer to defeat the Scrapper, a new Antidote badge that gives you defense against Nixie’s bots, a new eye-catching Toxic Jetpack, and avatars New Laser Eraser. Throw in the usual bug fixes and performance tweaks and that’s a lot going for this one. I wonder if we’ll ever see any interesting cross-brand collaborations in this game? i would love to see horror movie And Back to the future tools make hop.

Oh hey, an update for backstage. This is one of those things where it may seem like a small addition but it certainly took a lot of work. Until now this game was only playable in portrait mode, but as of this version you can now play in landscape mode. There are also some bug fixes and new Easter Eggs for diligent players to spot. It’s a really cool new feature, nice developer. Thanks a lot!

I went through some details on this last weekend, but I’m including it here because I really think about this game most days. The main purpose of the update is to make some changes to the Token Store and how you can get new cards, but it also makes some balance changes to address some of the lost decks. overwhelm. We’re still waiting to see how things play out after all that, but surely some players will be scrambling to adjust their strategies.
Disney Heroes: Battle ModeFree of charge
We’ve had to be good kids lately, as the latest update to Disney Heroes adds not one but two new playable characters. I know they call them heroes because of the franchise and all that, but the first one isn’t much of a hero: Chef Skinner from vegetable soup. You know, the little friend has it for the good guys. How dare he mess with a rat chef?! Character…other…new…is…a…fan…favorite…from… by Disney… Zootopia. That is… no… anyone else… is… employee… number… one… of… at… DMV…, Flash… Slothmore. Yes, we also have bug fixes and other improvements. Good good.
2112TD: Tower Defense Survival$1.99
This was sent to the mailroom in TouchArcade Towers by an ambitious young man named Sebby. Thank you Sebby! Stay in school! This update adds a new mission called Return to Mars and I imagine if you were going there you wouldn’t be making a single social call. Also in this update: some survival mode tower upgrades, new achievements, some graphical improvements and some other little bits and bobs. Not quite enough for the coveted prize pool, but an interesting update nonetheless.
Mini Tower: 8 bit Classic TycoonFree of charge
I guess it’s the official Easter season if we have two holiday related updates. Anyway, Easter event. Collect more rewards, spin the Wheel of Fortune, get some new customization options and earn some more Gold Tickets on timely rebuilds. This game more or less has its facts so far as science and this is one of its more standard categories. Still fun, though.
Injustice 2Free of charge
Oof, my sympathies with Injustice 2. This game only updates a few times a year, so chances are its current icon will be there for a while. You may not see it in this article, but it’s a big cinematic Shazam, its latest film has been so hugely popular that it Morbius looks fine. Anyway, there’s a new legendary Shazam in the game whose moves and looks are based on Wrath of the Gods. He can even call in the family of full superpowers. Also new in this update is the addition of Constantine and he might be a better choice for the icon. Oh, and Superman will be celebrating his 85th birthday in April, so there are some goodies associated with that too.

Alright, let’s see what Easter surprises we have waiting for us in future war. Uh, a Sinister Syndicate event? Well, I guess if anyone knows anything about returning from the dead, it’s Norman Osborn, Otto Octavius, and Sergei Kravinoff. Those friends have new uniforms in this update, and they’re all pretty scary. Doc Ock reached Level 4, Gobby reached Level 3 and it was time for Kraven, Lizard and Rhino to reach their Transcendent Potential. I suppose it’s good enough for craving UMMSVotW reward. Congratulations!
