Marquise Brown was arrested for the crime of speeding
The Arizona Cardinals DeAndre Hopkins top expansion suspended in the first six games of the 2022 season. Marquise “Hollywood” Brown has been traded for the Cardinals in the opening round of the spring NFL Draft and is expected to hit many of Hopkins’ goals in more than the first month of action.
Now, Brown’s outlook for the rest of training camp and beyond isn’t entirely clear.
“Brown was arrested at 7:05 a.m. heading south on Loop 101 while driving in the HOV lane, according to DPS spokesman Bart Graves,” per ArizonaSports.com. “Brown was not with the team for Wednesday morning practice in front of reporters but has slowly returned from a hamstring injury since the start of training camp last week.”

In mid-May, it was reported that Brown had “lined up“for a big payday through a contract extension with Arizona. The 25th overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft was the most productive expansion on the Baltimore Ravens last season, playing in 16 games for the second year in a row. and finished second on the team with only Mark Andrews all-Pro’s tight finish in goals (146 career high), touchdown (91 professional high), yard take (career peak) 1.008) and receive a touchdown (six).
