Man, 31, accused of murder over Nottingham flat fire that killed three appears in court | UK News
A man accused of killing a mother and her two daughters in a fire in Nottingham has been denied bail after appearing in court.
Jamie Barrow, 31, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ on Friday morning.
He is accused of killing Fatoumatta Hydara, 28, and her children Fatimah Drammeh, three, and Naeemah Drammeh, one, following a fire at their flat in Nottingham’s Clifton area at dawn November 20th.
Mr. Barrow spoke only to confirm his name and address.
Postponing the case, district judge Leo Pyle told Barrow: “All three charges you face must be heard in high court and accordingly I will submit all three of these matters to Nottingham High Court. .”
He has been remanded in custody and will reappear on Monday.
