Murukku Recipe: This is how to make Murukku
Mix rice flour, urad dal heeng, salt and butter to make a paste. Let it rest for at least half an hour. Now, add small portions of the Murukku dough to the press. Make small balls of Murukku and drop them in hot oil. Deep fry in oil until crisp and crispy. Then serve and enjoy!
