In a blender, combine raw papaya, green chili, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice. Take some lamb, add this mixture, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. For the second marinade, combine the curd, cream, cardamom, pepper, coriander, and salt to taste. Keep it off for at least three hours. Once marinated, skew it and bake it in a tandoor or pan. Once thoroughly roasted, serve with chili sauce.
