One person died on Tuesday and four policemen were injured during anti-government protests in Iran, according to reports.
The official IRNA news agency said that one “police assistant” had died of their injuries in the southern city of Shiraz and that 15 people had been arrested.
“On Tuesday night, several people clashed with police officers and as a result one of the police assistants was killed,” IRNA said. “In this incident, four other police officers were injured in Shiraz.”
