According to a report, the crew on a Lufthansa flight that nearly fell 4,000 feet in severe turbulence asked passengers to delete photos and videos of the incident. The flight had to make an emergency landing at Dulles Airport in Washington, DC. According to one Insiders Reportedly, before landing, the flight attendant informed twice to remove all images.
A passenger named Rolanda Schmidt told Insider, “I think we were all like, ‘What?!'”
Ms. Schmidt told the media that the second announcement implied that the request was to protect passenger privacy.

Passengers say the plane crashed hard, sending food and personal items flying all over the cabin. Ms. Schimidt was one of seven people injured on the flight. She suffered a concussion, bruised arm and potentially broken hip. She said, “I think we’re going down.”
Another passenger confirmed that they were asked to remove the photo. But some pictures have appeared on social networks. The images showed food, paper and debris strewn across the cabin floor. Camila Alves, the wife of actor Matthew McConaughey, was also on the same flight and shared a video of the incident on her Instagram account.
In the caption, she wrote, “Out of respect for the privacy of those around me, that’s all I’m saying but the plane was Chaos and chaos keeps coming. .” She added, “I was told that the plane had crashed almost 4,000 feet, 7 people had gone to the hospital. Everything was flying everywhere.”
Lufthansa did not indicate what may have caused the chaos.
