Lich King ‘Hearthstone’ expansion announced with new class of death knights coming next month – TouchArcade

Blizzard just revealed the latest expansion for Hearthstone (Free) with a major patch going live on iOS, Android and PC. Hearthstone March of the Lich King features a new playable Death Knight class, a new Manathirst keyword, Undead minions, and more. This expansion is launching worldwide next month with 145 new pre-purchased cards now available inside Hearthstone customers on mobile devices. The Death Knight class is a new permanent addition to the game with a 1/1 Ghoul summon with Charge that will die at the end of the turn as Hero Power. Along with the expansion announcement, a new Sunwell Login Bonus is now available in the game. Full details for the expansion are here. Patch 25.0 will also introduce Signature Cards and the Signature Gold Pack is a new aesthetic quality to cards with stylized art. These cannot be crafted or disappeared and can only be obtained through special ways. Hearthstone March of the Lich King will see 18 Signature Cards arrive. To pre-purchase before the December 6 release date for Hearthstone Lich King March, you can get Mega Bundle with 2 at random Hearthstone March of the Legendary Lich King Signature cards and Signature Gold Pack in addition to 80 expansion packs and return cards. Future expansions will see the Signature Gold Packs replace the Gold Packs. The regular pack includes 60 expansion packs, two random Legendary cards, and a return Lor’themar card. Blizzard is also making pre-purchase packages available for a week after the expansion launches this time.
