Lexus expands digital presence with dome virtual experience center


Lexus India has launched a dome-shaped virtual guest experience center to digitally connect with its customers across the country. Called the ‘Virtual Dome’, the experience center will display a range of models such as the Lexus NX, ES, LC and LS. It will provide customers with a complete 3D-based experience that includes an in-depth understanding of each vehicle model, its interior, exterior and functions.

Lexus brand booth named “Meraki” in Gurgaon and one coming soon in Coimbatore The Virtual Dome will be hosted on the Lexus India website, making Lexus models and Lexus brand products easily accessible more with customers.

The Virtual Experience Center is a major step forward in Lexus’ journey to enhance immersive experiences not only through physical presence, but also through diverse digital media.

The design of Virtual Dome has modern elements, simple yet comprehensive. The architecture of the virtual guest experience center represents the interpretation of the dome, which symbolizes Buddhist architecture. The gallery’s entrance takes visitors through the Tori gate, a traditional Japanese element commonly found at shrine entrances across Japan.
