Lego Debuts Awesome New Star Wars Dioramas

April is shaping up to be all about brick buildings in a galaxy far, far away. At the beginning of the month, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is releasing on almost every video game platform, and shortly after that, Lego is releasing three amazing new horror movies inspired by scenes from the original trilogy.

For decades, Star Wars fans have purchased Lego vehicles and location sets that sometimes allow for specific moments to be set. This new series is all about those moments, recreating the trash compactor scene, Luke Skywalker’s training on Dagobah, and the Death Star trench run. These sets focus on small visual details to make those moments stand out and are less playable, but still allow for a level of interactivity, such as a trash compactor aimed at the heroes.

All three sets release on April 26. The Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama retails for $79.99 and comes with exactly 1,000 pieces. Death Star Run Diorama is $59.99 and includes 665 pieces. The Death Star Trash Compactor Diorama costs $89.99 and offers 802 pieces. Dianoga’s head is included in this set along with six minifigures.

You can check out all three in the gallery below. Which moment should Lego recreate next?
