Hyundai has recently launched the facelifted version of the Aura in the Indian market. This is the compact-sedan version of the hatchback. Hyundai Aura 2023: Exterior upgrade
Hyundai has redesigned the Aura’s exterior. Most of the elements are the same but the new front bumper and LED daytime running lights are also new. On the sides, there are 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, chrome-finished doors, ORVM with turn signals, and a black-painted C-pillar.

Hyundai hasn’t made any changes to the Aura’s interior, but some features have been added. For the 2023 version, Hyundai adds Type C charging, automatic headlights, footlights and a 3.5-inch multi-information display. The car continues to come with wireless charging, multi-function steering wheel, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, smart key integrated with start/stop and control buttons. cruise control.
Hyundai Aura 2023: New safety features
The Hyundai Aura safety feature list has been updated. The segment-first features that the Aura now has are side airbags, curtain airbags and a tire pressure monitoring system. Hyundai Aura 2023: Engine upgrade
Currently, Hyundai has discontinued production of the 1.0-liter turbocharged engine. The Aura is currently offered only with the BS6 Stage 2 Compliant 1.2-litre petrol engine and is also E20 fuel-ready. It comes with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT transmission.
The engine produces 82 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque of 113.8 Nm at 4,000 rpm. Hyundai also offers the CNG powertrain, in which the engine produces 68 hp at 6,000 rpm and 95.2 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. It only comes with a 5-speed manual transmission.
Hyundai Aura 2023: Price and variants
Hyundai Aura now has a starting price $6.30 lakh and increase $8.58 thousand. Both prices are ex-showroom. The Aura is offered in four variants, namely E, S, SX and SX(O).
