The former Pop Idol contestant and stage star was found unresponsive in his apartment in Rochester, Minnesota, on August 11 – although the cause of death remains unknown.
Darius appeared to be having the time of his life as he smiled outside Rod’s concert in Los Angeles on June 14 – just nine weeks before his shock wore off.

The male singer wore a blue and white Rip Curl hat and a simple brown T-shirt when taking a photo with a fan even though he was on the phone.
Earlier in the week, Darius was seen in Malibu with Scottish actor and co-star Gerard Butler on June 11.
The two men – who became friends after Darius moved to the US – were seen walking barefoot towards Malibu beach as the late singer walked his dog.

Darius wore a flat baker boy for the outing with a pair of knee-length pants.
Gerard, who lives in the Malibu area, walks in the front wearing a light blue polo shirt and a pair of jeans.
Darius, who was married to Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge, whose filmography includes science fiction Species, from 2011-201 and has been based in the US for the past fifteen years.

Darius’ family wrote in a tweet announcing the news on Tuesday: ‘We are saddened to announce the passing of Darius Campbell Danesh. Darius was found unresponsive in bed in his apartment in Rochester, Minnesota and was pronounced dead by the local medical examiner’s office that afternoon. ‘
Police said there was ‘no sign of suspicious intentions or circumstances’, his relatives also confirmed.
Danesh first rose to fame on ITV’s Popstars in 2001 with a quirky performance of Britney Spears’ Baby One More Time.
