First, cook the kulith dal by pressure and get the water in the glass.

Take some buttermilk in another glass.

Now prepare a tadka using buffalo buttermilk, jeera, green chili, hing and curry leaves.

Take some dal juice in a bowl, add tadka to it, then buttermilk and mix.

Transfer to a glass and drink.
