Barry and Graham first met at a nightclub, and he then lured her into his apartment. Gene then changed his mind and attacked and killed the girl.

Potter, however, did not stop there; instead, he chopped off Kim’s body, head, and fingers. The body parts were then processed underneath the Mount Jamberoo observatory.

Kim Barry is a sweet 19 year old girl from Corrimal, New South Wales.

She is also a shop assistant at Wollongong night pub. She is well educated, young and quite attractive.

According to the obituary, Barry passed away on February 7, 1981. Her body parts were found from a mountain near Wollongong.

Barry fell into the trap of Graham Gene Potter, who brutally slaughtered her. He was later sentenced to life in prison but he was released in 1996.

Graham has not accepted that he killed Barry and he has declared his innocence until now. There is no clear motive but the evidence suggests otherwise.

After that, Barry disappeared and her family filed a police report. Investigators discovered that she was last seen with a local miner, Graham.

Until then, Graham had been on the run, which is why authorities issued a nationwide manhunt. He then surrenders and is accused of murdering Kim Barry.

Gene first killed the teenager, then chopped off her body parts before throwing them away. Her remains were found from a nearby mountain.

Although Potter maintained his chastity, he was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison. However, he was released from prison in 1996 after serving 15 years.

Graham Gene Potter, the murderer of Kim Barry, was released from prison in 1996.

Fast forward to 2008, he was accused of being hired to kill a man at the wedding of his son Mick Gatto. For that matter, he was ordered to appear in court on February 1, 2010.

However, Barry was not present and after that, another manhunt was launched with 2 counts of attempted murder. He uses different aliases and remains active in the background.

After 12 years of hiding, Potter was finally arrested by Queensland Police as the BBC reports.
