During the season 2 premiere of “The Kardashians” on Thursday, the Good American co-founder revealed that she and her surrogate Thompson had embryos implanted “a few days before Thanksgiving” last year.
“I learned about Tristan in the first week of December,” she explained to viewers. “It’s just about that. I wouldn’t want anyone to think I did this after the fact. Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with someone else? I’m not a social killer. I’m a lunatic, but not that insane king. “

Khloé, 38, also spoke sadly as she revealed the baby news to Kim. The moment was captured on camera during the show’s finale last season. The mother explained on the Hulu show that when Kim Kardashian called her to read the news about the NBA player expecting a baby with Maralee Nichols in December 2022, she warned her against having another child.
Unfortunately, Khloe learned that her surrogate was pregnant.
“From what I could see watching the finale, I thought [Kim] say, ‘If this isn’t a sign that you shouldn’t have more children with him, I don’t know what else.’ But what you don’t see, I think, I also said, ‘I need to tell you something [or] take me out of the speaker. ‘ And I said to her, I said, ‘Well, we did the embryo transfer a few days ago,’ Khloé recalls. “I mean, it has to be a really exciting, amazing time and it’s just a different experience. … But time ticks, and I just bury my head in the sand but that doesn’t do anything.”
